The girls were rewarded for their patience with an incredible rainbow.
We camped at the Brushkana River. It's a pretty nice camping area. It took a while, but we found a nice spot to squeeze the RV into.
The girls were pretty excited about building a fire and making dinner.

The excitement wore off...now they just wanted marshmallows.
So they got into the RV to watch one of their favorite movies for a few minutes so we could make dinner.
Finally, dinner! "I'll have OOOONNNNE more marshmallow please!"

It looks like so much fun! And incredibly beautiful! I'm inspired...we need to try this sometime! It looks much cozier...and cleaner...than our backpacking experiment this weekend. :) How did they sleep?
So, I'm not much of an outdoorsy girl, but I think I could have totally handled this! Looks like so much fun and so beautiful!
